Qualified waiting staff enhance the event.

All ingredients used are of the highest quality, sourced locally and organic if it’s the best available. I source all Beef, Poultry and Lamb in Co. Wicklow. Venison and Game is also available locally. Fish is delivered from Howth, having been caught in the Irish Sea.

Your special event menu will be your creation, guided by my experience, thus producing a unique menu to delight the eye and the taste buds!

Honeydew Events hallmark is delicious food cooked in an innovative and elegant style while retaining the feel of being home-cooked. For the last fifteen years we have provided a flexible and personalised service nationwide with tailor made menus to suit every style and budget.

The way our company works is this we can either do just the catering i.e. we arrive the day before set up the tables then on the day we run it for you. We serve the food make sure everyone is happy, clean up and go! (we can organise to serve the drinks at the reception and during dinner too if needed.)

Or... we can provide an all round service which which will take any pressure off you! We can help with the decor of the room, the bar, help with flowers, music, photography, as well as the running of the day itself... It ‘s like having your very own wedding fairy! You say what you would like and we make it happen just like magic... sounds cheezy but believe me it really helps.
